We have an enticing opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our Strategic Growth team as an HR Associate/Recruiting Coordinator in our bustling New York or Washington, D.C. office. This role is pivotal in supporting the growth initiatives of our highly esteemed law firm, which boasts a network of over 400 attorneys.

Position Summary: As an HR Associate/Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all facets of our national associate and student recruiting strategy. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of SG, you will work closely with firm administration across all U.S. offices, contributing to lateral attorney and student-level recruiting, training and development, and various team initiatives.
This position is Hybrid!

Key Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of three years of recruiting experience within a professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with viRecruit and Leopard Solutions is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client-focused with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Strategic Growth and Specialists to execute the national associate and law student hiring strategy.
  • Review and present resumes and applications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, distribute recruiting materials, and engage with candidates and search firms throughout the hiring process.
  • Process conflict checks and background checks.
  • Maintain recruitment applicant tracking database and materials.
  • Update lateral tracking spreadsheets and reports.
  • Draft offer letters and communications.
  • Conduct targeted research on candidates and market trends.
