As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Plant Operations Manager to lead our team and drive success across all aspects of our manufacturing plant. We're seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of #2 Operations Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of driving excellence in production, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Innovate: Develop and execute strategic business plans to support company goals and objectives.
- Enhance & Improve: Identify and implement projects to boost safety, quality, and productivity.
- Inspire & Develop: Motivate and guide a diverse, high-performing leadership team.
- Communicate & Align: Ensure plant goals are understood and met across all levels of the organization.
- Review & Maximize: Analyze business results to optimize supply chain performance.
- Cultivate Safety: Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
- Drive Excellence: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Comply & Represent: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, while representing our values in the community.
What We're Looking For:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of operational experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting and 4+ years in leadership, OR
- HS Diploma/GED with 10+ years of operational experience and 5+ years in leadership.
- Industry Expertise: Background in food and/or beverage industry preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, change management, and influencing abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to handle temperature changes and high noise levels, and work safely around moving equipment.
- Certifications: ISO or other management system experience is a plus. Lean, Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Background Check: Must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree.
- Experience leading distribution, delivery, and/or sales teams.
- Multi-facility management experience.
