Seeking an eCommerce Amazon Business Specialist for a leading, global Textile and technology company in San Clemente, CA!  HYBRID SCHEDULE

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is passionate about Amazon, E-Commerce, Consumerism, Product Development, Sales and Marketing!

Salary: $75-90k

Hybrid Work Schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote 
 

Key Duties:
  • Analyze the Amazon sock market to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market that we can leverage.
  • Manage and optimize our Amazon product listings, ensuring that they are accurate, engaging, and search-optimized.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns to increase our Amazon sales and drive traffic to our product pages.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that we never run out of stock, and that we maximize our Amazon buy box share.
  • Use data analysis tools to evaluate our performance on Amazon and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with our product development team to create new sock products that meet the needs and preferences of Amazon customers. Ensure that all our Amazon customers have an exceptional experience and that any issues are resolved quickly.

Expected Outcomes:

Q2 2023
  • Immediately improve our TOMS sock sell through and other key performance metrics on Amazon
  • Research Sock positioning: a deep dive into what is offered and selling at Amazon from the sock category and identify “white space” where we can create and sell private/white label socks on Amazon.
  • Create a plan for private/white label and present to management and key stakeholders in design, development and operations.
  • Begin to create the product for S’24 with design and development, with an emphasis on the following categories, plus whatever other opportunities identified through research.
    • Run
    • Basketball
    • Skate
    • Snow
    • “Core” Multipacks

Q3 2023
  • Show demonstrative progress in Amazon sales with TOMS
  • Prep for Holiday roll out of new private/white label programs to Amazon

Q4 2023
  • Launch Private Label / White Space Range on Amazon with a detailed plan to maximize sales
  • TOMS Holiday – Maximize Holiday sales

Q1 2024
  • TOMS Classic: Successful launch the new for 2024 TOMS Classic program
  • Continue to sell White Space / Private Label program, learn and suggest tweaks to product mix and all elements of the business.

Performance Measurements:
  • Meet or Exceed Quarterly Revenue Targets
  • Contribution Dollars by Brand / White / Private Label
  • ROAS

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing an Amazon business, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's algorithms and how to optimize product listings and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Amazon data analysis tools, such as Amazon Advertising, Amazon Brand Analytics, and Seller Central.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or related field
  • Fashion Industry experience preferred—sock experience major plus
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Asana (or similar project management software)’
