Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Position Overview: We are currently in search of a talented and experienced Associate Attorney with a robust background in Personal Injury law. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to contribute to a growing practice in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of discovery, encompassing drafting and responding to requests, conducting document reviews, and participating in depositions.
- Draft and argue law and motion matters, including motions for summary judgment, discovery motions, and other pleadings.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on various legal issues related to Personal Injury cases.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategy and effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing with the CA State Bar.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of being an Associate Attorney.
- Proven experience in handling discovery and law and motion matters.
- Demonstrated ability to take depositions.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Schedule:
- On-site, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- One day a week hybrid
