What You’ll Do:
As our Equipment Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations efficient and our equipment running at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing Preventative Maintenance & Repairs – Ensure that all equipment is serviced and maintained by our skilled Journeyman Mechanics.
Managing Diesel Equipment Repairs – Lead the charge in diagnosing and repairing equipment while coordinating parts and services.
Inventory & Purchasing Support – Assist in ordering and managing parts, supplies, and inventory to keep everything running smoothly.
Vendor Management & Negotiations – Work with suppliers to secure the best deals and evaluate performance.
Safety & Compliance Leadership – Help maintain a safe work environment for your team and the entire facility.
Maintenance Planning & Optimization – Build and implement preventative and predictive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
Equipment & Process Improvements – Stay ahead of the curve by improving equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
Strong Engineering Knowledge – A solid understanding of engineering fundamentals.
Safety & Compliance Awareness – Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.
Tech-Savvy – Proficiency with MS Office and experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Mechanical & Electrical Expertise – Familiarity with mechanical equipment, electrical circuits, and programmable controllers.
Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation – Ability to read and work from mechanical and electrical drawings.
Bonus: Experience with robotics and/or automated vehicles is a huge plus!
