HR Admin / Coordinator - Irvine
Job Description
On-site Monday - FridayÂ
8:00 AM - 5:00 PMÂ
$70,000 - $75,000
Full Benefits plus 401kÂ
3 weeks vacation 1st yearÂ
We are growing and looking for someone that can bring strong foundation HR experience to the department. Â
Qualifications:Â
Minimum of 5 Years of HR Experience, previous Manufactuing enviroment a plus. Stable work history. Â

 ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Organizing and maintaining personnel records.
• Updating internal HR databases.
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
• Revise company policies.
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates).
