HR Coordinator/Admin - Lake Forest

Job Description
On-site Monday - FridayÂ
8:00 AM - 5:00 PMÂ
Previous Manufacturing Industry experience preferred Â
$70,000 - $75,000
Full Benefits plus 401kÂ
3 weeks vacation 1st yearÂ
We are a full-service electronics manufacturer that provides a comprehensive suite of electronic manufacturing services. We have approximately 80+ employees and we are growing rapidly! Â
Qualifications:Â
8+ Years of HR Expereince, some Manufacturing experience preferred.Â
Confidence handling employee relations mattersÂ
 ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Organizing and maintaining personnel records.
• Updating internal HR databases.
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
• Revise company policies.
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates).
