Legal Services Business Proposals Coordinator-2 days onsite Hybrid

Job Description
Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home (M-F 9:00 am-5:30 pm)
Work Locations: Los Angeles CA ( Century City Area) or San Francisco CA

Job Summary:
- Track proposals and business development opportunities and provide regular reporting. Follow up with lawyers to track wins, losses and ROI.
- Assist in creating client proposals RFP (request for proposal) responses, including organizing business development materials; writing and editing copy; proofreading; and managing production, distribution, and follow-up.
- Research on strategic key clients, industries, and competitors in support of business development initiatives.
- Conduct market research regarding seminars, publications, and forums and assist in identifying and securing speaking engagements.
Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of four (4) years of legal services experience is required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of assisting in creating client proposals (RFPs) in a legal services field.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, editorial, and proofreading skills
- Outstanding research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strong computer skills, including web-based research and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM database preferred
