Are you ready to lead, innovate, and shape the future of our manufacturing operations? We're seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of #2 Operations Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of driving excellence in production, safety, and quality.
? Position Summary: As our Operations Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our manufacturing facility, including production, maintenance, inventory, and safety. You'll be responsible for developing and executing business plans, implementing strategies for continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. In the absence of the Plant Director, you'll step into a leadership role to ensure seamless operations.
? Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with company objectives
- Identify and implement capital projects to enhance safety and productivity
- Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team
- Drive a culture of safety and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Represent the company in the community with environmental responsibility
? Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of operational experience and 4+ years of leadership experience OR HS Diploma/GED with 10+ years of operational experience and 5+ years of leadership experience
- Experience in the food and/or beverage industry
- Strong communication and change management skills
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and around moving equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Must pass background and drug tests
? Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree
- Experience leading Distribution, Delivery, or Sales teams
- Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Multi-facility management experience
