Knowledge of Excel & Pivot TablesÂ
Hours: Monday- Friday from 9am-Â
On site position in Santa Ana – small office environment

We are seeking an Office Admin to join our fun and busy team!  Assist management with clerical, Administrative functions and Customer service support. We are seeking a well-rounded team player. Â
Responsibilities:

- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent phone skills, articulate and helpful demeanor
- Provide excellent customer service
- Strong computer skills in excel, formulas and pivot tables
Qualifications:
Â
- Previous experience in office administration, customer service and data entry
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Must have Excel experience and know how to use Pivot Tables.Â
