Job Summary

Product/Sales Manager position will collaborate with members of the team to help facilitate and launch programs with existing customers, pioneer and facilitate new customers/projects and meet or exceed monthly sales goals while increasing customer(s) satisfaction.

Job Description
 
  • Meeting with customer’s executives (Engineering, Sourcing, Global Management) to build relationships and discuss the project, its goals and progress.
  • Coordinating/Facilitating (Project Management) with all Teams within Printec, Customer or Design Firm to meet project’s milestones for launch.
  • Managing Independent Representation (REPS) for a Territory to help grow revenues.
  • Working with Sales Executive Management to provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed projects submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Working with Sales Executive Management as well as accounting to develop terms and negotiate conditions with clients.
  • Communicating all capabilities of Printec to all levels of current clients as well as new prospects.
  • Using REPS, software, internet development and networking to facilitate new clients/projects to increase revenues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and quotes withing the system.
  • Capable to travel 25%-35% of the time (domestic as well as international when required) to support current customers/projects as well as facilitate new customers/projects.
  • Initiates, coordinates and develop of action plans to penetrate new markets and customers that are assigned.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
  • Assists Inside Sales in preparation of proposals and pricing per the Company’s guidelines.
  • Controls Company’s expenses.
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the Team.
  • Always present a professional image to customers and Team members.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Experience
 
  • B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable experience
  • Ten (5-10) years of experience with launching and managing projects/customers collaborating with REPS and working in a Team environment.
  • Capable of reading and understanding mechanical drawings
  • Self-Directed, effective planning and time management skills
  • Demonstrates critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Must be proficient in computer skills as well as Microsoft Office Products
(This role has a base salary of $90K + commissions. Average commissions for year 1 is $60K-$80K)

Monday- Friday 8am -5pm  Onsite
