About Our Client:
Our client is a rapidly expanding beauty and skincare manufacturer experiencing explosive growth (275% year-over-year) and is seeking a dynamic Production Manager to join their team. With their recent expansion plans for a new state-of-the-art facility and continued growth, this is an exciting opportunity to join a company at the forefront of the clean beauty movement.
The Role
As Production Manager, you'll lead a team of 40 employees and oversee daily production operations producing 12-15K units per day. This role offers significant growth potential and direct impact on company success.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize both automated and manual production lines
- Lead and develop a team of supervisors and production leads
- Drive quality control and compliance initiatives
- Oversee equipment maintenance and optimization
- Develop and maintain SOPs
- Collaborate with R&D on new product launches
- Establish and track KPIs
- Support current and future automation initiatives
- Proven experience in cosmetics, beverage, or liquid manufacturing (skincare experience preferred)
- Experience managing production operations in companies with $50M+ revenue
- Strong leadership experience managing similar or larger team sizes
- Hands-on production management experience
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems (MRP Easy experience a plus)
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience creating and modifying SOPs and KPIs
- Quality control expertise
- Problem-solving mindset with forward-thinking approach
- High energy and charismatic leadership style
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Clear communication skills
- Track record of successful team development
- Experience scaling production teams
- Experience with similar production volumes
- Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Competitive base salary: $120K-150K (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
