What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and resolve complex Salesforce platform issues
- Provide technical oversight for custom module development
- Collaborate with PDO teams and implementation partners
- Create architectural documentation and improve support processes
- Ensure our solutions maintain the highest standards of quality and stability
What You Bring:
- Ability to work hybrid in Irvine, CA 1-2 days per week
- 5+ years of Salesforce product support, development, or technical architecture experience
- Experience with ISV products or PDO teams
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models (RBAC)
- Salesforce Admin, Developer I & II, or Architecture certifications (preferred)
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex platform issues
- Ability to create technical architecture diagrams (Lucidchart preferred)
- Experience with DevOps concepts and support tools like Zoho Desk or Jira
