Senior Billing Specialist -LEGAL+-E-Billing- HYBRID (CA or WASHDC)

This is a great opportunity to join a prestigious law firm with multiple locations and a team of over 400 attorneys. You will join a seasoned billing team on a HYBRID basis. In this role, you will process a large volume of bills on a monthly basis. Bills will need to be processed accurately and timely in accordance with billing professional instructions, client guidelines, and billing department policies and procedures. You will utilize Aderant or Elite billing systems.

Work Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Hybrid:Â 2 days in office, 3 days remote (Mon-Fri)
Work Locations:Â Los Angeles CA ( Century City Area)Â , San Francisco, CA, or Washington DC.
Salary is 85k-$95,000k annually plus benefits

Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of three (5) years of law firm billing experience is required.
- 2 years experience using utilize Aderant or Elite billing systems.
- E-Billing experience is a plus!
