Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the firm’s marketing technology stack, including website, CRM, ERM, and email marketing automation.
- Leverage digital channels to strengthen relationships, build pipelines, and enhance brand strength.
- Lead the email marketing function, optimizing Pardot and improving deployment processes.
- Oversee website maintenance, enhancements, and content accuracy to ensure a compelling online presence.
- Work as a project manager on database integrations, upgrades, and redesigns, collaborating with vendors and the IT department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, business, or technical communications.
- 8-10 years of experience in B2B, professional services, or law firm environments.
- Strong technical skills in website management, SEO, analytics, social media, and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in tools such as Kentico, Pardot, Salesforce, and advanced HTML.
