Are you an experienced structural engineer, eager to step into a top leadership role? We are seeking a seasoned professional to become one of the two Principal leaders at our well-established firm. This is your chance to leave a lasting mark, lead innovative projects, and shape the future of our company.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage high-density, mixed-use structural design projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, developers, and various engineering disciplines to deliver outstanding results.
- Ensure all designs meet industry standards and safety regulations.
- Mentor and guide a talented team of engineers.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with our prestigious client base.
- Oversee office operations and drive profitability and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Experience in a mid-size to larger structural engineering firm.
- Expertise in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- PE or SE license required.
