Job Description
Senior Tax Associate – HYBRID
Join our dynamic finance team as a Senior Tax Associate, where you'll play a key role in managing and streamlining tax compliance and strategy. This hybrid position offers a mix of tax compliance, strategy, and financial analysis in a growing organization.

- Oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance, including filings and payments.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors (EY) on tax return filings and issue resolution.
- Manage intergroup financing arrangements and tax projections.
- Ensure REIT compliance and tax reporting.
- Maintain complex tax workpapers and depreciation schedules.
- Analyze tax implications of green initiatives, including solar and EV projects.
- Assist in tax audits and respond to IRS/state tax notices.
- Stay updated on evolving tax regulations and strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Experience with Big 4 or national tax firm.
- Strong background in real estate tax compliance and strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
