We're seeking an experienced Senior Property Accountant to manage sophisticated property-level accounting for our impressive portfolio. COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary: $105,000 - $125,000
Annual Bonus: 10% of base salary

YOUR ROLE AS SENIOR PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT
Step into a pivotal position where your accounting expertise directly impacts our property portfolio performance. You'll manage comprehensive financial operations across multiple commercial properties while collaborating with our experienced property management and executive teams. Property Financial Management
- Oversee and analyze property-level general ledgers, ensuring accuracy and identifying optimization opportunities
- Lead accounts payable operations, reviewing and processing all property-related invoices with precision
- Manage comprehensive revenue reconciliation processes to maintain accurate financial reporting
- Direct accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and collection activities
- Establish and maintain tenant profiles within sophisticated accounting systems
- Generate monthly tenant billings with accuracy and attention to lease-specific requirements
- Process complex bill-back procedures and tenant reimbursements
- Serve as primary financial contact for tenant inquiries and correspondence
- Maintain professional relationships with tenants, vendors, and financial partners
- Lead preparation and execution of annual CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations
- Support comprehensive annual budget development and quarterly forecast processes
- Provide critical financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making
- Collaborate on special projects including property acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing
- Partner closely with property management teams to address financial inquiries and requirements
- Provide expert financial guidance and support across all property operations
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
- Strong foundation in accounting principles through trial balance preparation
- Commercial real estate accounting or property management experience preferred
- Proven expertise with CAM reconciliations - essential requirement
- Yardi software proficiency strongly preferred
- Advanced analytical and reconciliation skills for complex financial data
- Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
