Location: Irvine, CA - Remote postion
Hourly Rate: $21-$22/hr.

Assignment Type: Temp to Hire
Status: Non-Exempt Position
Hours: Temp Full-time hours (Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
when converted to Full-time/Regular employee will be required to work up to 2 Saturdays a month. On those weeks’ employee will work 4 weekdays and a Saturday
Position Summary:
Client is looking for a Subscriber Services Associate (Customer Service) to join the customer service team in Irvine responding to product and service inquiries from business-to-business customers that include HR professionals, attorneys, and CPA valuation experts. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are highly motivated, are customer service oriented, and have administrative experience working in CRM and order management computer applications. The Subscriber Services Associates Team is an integral part of the exceptional service quality and is recognized for delivering on a consistent basis as this team takes ownership of product functionality testing for quarterly releases as well as data collection and research to support the Executive compensation product offerings for Canada, Europe and US Tax Exempt Non-Profits organizations.
Other Duties include:
•Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
•Opens customer accounts by recording account information as well as subsequent maintenance and updating of account information.
•Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
•Communicates customer adjustments and/or maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
•Participates in quarterly product testing to ensure final product functionality is released that enhance userexperience.
•Documents and effectively communicates customer and product issues in salesforce.com, cloud-based order management system and internal staff members as required.
•Read public filings for US, Canada, and European companies to extract executive compensation data elements, compile this information in standard format for the data analytics team to use.
•Creates summary tables for management to review overall yield of data collection efforts
•Uses web-based tools as well as spreadsheets to provide quality data collection of executive compensation data which require comparing data with source documents, worksheets, and data displayed on computer screen to verify completeness and accuracy.
•Participates or directly responds to the escalated requests from current subscribed clients or unsubscribed clients with historical analysis and one-time reports.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Maintains confidentiality and integrity of data and information during performance of duties.
•Learn and maintain a working knowledge of the compensation and cost-of-living data terminology.
•Identify solutions to improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
•Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
•Associates degree or equivalent
•Experience “delighting” customers and enjoys handling inbound calls
•Working knowledge of data quality control
•Working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•Flexibility to multi-task, prioritize, and organize tasks to meet required deadlines.
•Ability to not only work independently but also interact well as part of a team with members from different levels inthe organization such as management, development, and other business locations.
