Temp-to-Hire Office Admin Position with Innovative Medical-Legal Company
Position: Office Admin – Medical Techology Office
Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite)
Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $26.00 DOE

Our client, a leading physician management and marketing company in Orange County, CA, is seeking a talented Office Admin for a temporary position with strong potential to transition into a permanent hire.
The Role
As their Office Admin, you will be the linchpin of day-to-day operations, interacting with physicians, attorneys, and insurance adjusters. This is a 3+ month temporary position, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office, greet clients, and handle multi-line phone systems.
- Coordinate complex schedules for 25 doctors across 100 offices.
- Maintain compliance records and manage legal documents meticulously.
- 3+ years of administrative experience (experience in medical, legal, or insurance industries a plus).
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and eagerness to learn new software.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team.
- Experience with medical software.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Background in insurance, legal, or medical assistance/billing environments.
