Word Processor /Document Specialist / Law Firm
Job Description
Long Term Contract position – 6+ months
Legal environment experience requiredÂ
Pay:Â $30.00 - $34.00/hour DOE
Work Schedule options / on-site:Â Â
Monday – Friday
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM ½ hour lunch
11:30 AM – 8:00 PM 1 hour lunch
M, W, TH, Fri, Sun – Days off: Tuesday and Saturday Â
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Qualifications:
Ability to utilize a variety of software packages to create, edit, store, revise, transcribe, convert and print legal correspondence, Marketing Material, reports, pleadings, memoranda, manuscripts, statistical tables, forms and other materials.  Ability to work on a Team and in a group setting. Â
- 3-5 years word processing experience, required
- Legal environment experience requiredÂ
- Excellent command of English language
- Microsoft Word – Preferably MS 365 (including proper stylizing capabilities)
- Microsoft Excel – Preferably MS 365
- PowerPoint – Preferably MS 365
- Familiarity with database and graphics programs to produce figures, table and graphs a huge plus.
- Type 70 wpm
- Able to convert and clean documents from other applications.
